Who is responsible

What data I collect

When you use the contact form, I process the details you enter yourself. In addition, limited technical data is processed to keep the website secure and functional.

  • Name and (optionally) company name
  • Email address
  • The content of your message
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser details (e.g. for spam filtering)
  • Your cookie preferences (consent)

How I use your data

I use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a possible collaboration. Technical data is used to prevent spam and keep the website working properly. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

I process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, sending the contact form and marketing cookies) and on the basis of my legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and spam-free. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Third-party services

To run the website I rely on a number of external services. Depending on the service, these parties may process data outside the EU.

  • Web3Forms – processes and delivers contact-form submissions. Submissions are stored by this service for up to 30 days.
  • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) – spam and bot protection for the form.
  • Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S) – manages your cookie consent.
  • YouTube (Google) – videos load only after consent for marketing cookies (no-cookie mode).
  • Vercel Inc. – hosting of the website.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. A full, up-to-date overview, plus the option to change your preferences, can be found in the cookie policy.

How long I keep data

I keep contact-form data no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and follow up on a possible collaboration. Your recorded cookie consent is stored for up to twelve months.

  • Restrict or object to the processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent you gave earlier
